3. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Professional Responsibility

BehaviorDocs is a documentation tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring documentation accuracy and clinical appropriateness
• Maintaining appropriate professional credentials and licensure
• Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines

5. HIPAA and Data Protection

BehaviorDocs is designed to support HIPAA compliance. As a user, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for authorized purposes
• Not share login credentials or access with unauthorized individuals
• Report any suspected data breaches immediately
• Execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) if required by your organization

6. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will need to subscribe to continue using the service.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period. Data export options are available before account closure.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

You retain ownership of all content you create using our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide and improve our services.

9. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with documentation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content requires human review and approval
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all submitted documentation
• AI suggestions should be treated as drafts, not final documentation
• We do not guarantee the clinical appropriateness of AI suggestions

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLINICAL, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL CONSEQUENCES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEHAVIORDOCS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BehaviorDocs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
