Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

Each time you use our AI to generate a session note from your input data, that counts as one generation. Editing or regenerating a note you've already created doesn't count as an additional generation.

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We're HIPAA compliant and will sign a BAA with your organization. Your client data is never used to train AI models.
